Oh no, not more of this! :-)
HELP should bring up context-sensive help on whatever HAS THE FOCUS (ie,
whatever is selected, wherever the cursor is, etc).
Shift-HELP should bring up the help index.
These are the standards for DOS, Windows, OS/2 (all three use F1 as the
"HELP" button), and probably Motif, Mac, NeXT.
Ctrl-HELP should reboot, since baloon help is disgusting. :-)
